The Wairēinga/Bridal Veil Falls, 10 minute walk through native bush, follows the Pakoka River, two viewing platforms of the plunging falls. Just over an hour from Karapiro
An hours drive from Karapiro will take you the Beautiful black sand beach of Raglan on the west coast, with art galleries, cafes or the famous fish and chips on the wharf. Sun sets are magnificent.
Check out the beach and walk up Mt Maunganui overlooking the surf beach. The Thermal salt water hot pools at the base of the Mount are truly divine. Great day trip from Karapiro.
